Beverley Motor Works is back open for business again and following COVID-19 procedures with a new contactless service!

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are having to change the way we interact with you our valued customers and go to a “contactless process”, please can you read the below points for us to ensure the safety of yourselves but also our team.   

If you have any concerns or questions please call us asap on 01482 881128, and may we thank you in advance for following the points below:

  • Single car key posted through the reception letter box please no other keys or keyrings
  • No waiting within our premises due to the lockdown
  • All payments either by the phone or by bank transfer
  • Please ensure your car is empty of all belongings including the boot
  • Locking wheel nut key on the passenger seat
  • Service book on the passenger seat (if booked in for service)
  • All invoices from us will be left in the vehicle for you
  • Your key will be available to collect once the car is complete via one of our key safes positioned to the left of our reception, the code will be sent to you via text once we have completed your vehicle.

We're independent BMW & MINI specialists, but we cater for all makes and models so if you need any vehicle services and repairs, we're the garage you can trust. 

We also want to make you aware that our team have all the necessary PPE equipment to keep them safe whilst working on your vehicle and covers will be placed over your steering wheel, gear stick and handbrake whilst in with us and new gloves are worn at all times whilst working on your vehicle to ensure we are taking every precaution possible when working on your car.
